With a childhood surrounded by music, it was only natural for him to pursue it. He began writing music at fifteen and at age nineteen produced his first album Collective Thoughtsfor Manwell of Group 1 Crew. After years of working behind the scenes for artists such as Lecrae, Group 1 Crew and Angie Stone, this writer, producer, and mix engineer experienced enough to venture out into the industry as an artist. Through various experiments and much time, he has created a refreshing experience for your ears coupled with a lyrical journey through his life. Benjah's unique sound, dubbed Island Soul Rock, comes from diverse influences including Lauryn Hill, the Marley's, Musiq Soulchild, and John Mayer.

In 2008 he released Muddy Water Clear which transitioned into a pre-release to his freshman album Filtered. He felt the need to tighten and "filter" the content and music. BenJah naturally loves the chemistry he has experienced through years of collaborating with various artists as a producer and engineer. This prompted him to bring together his friends to create more unique artistic synergy. The features on Filtered include Lecrae, Sho Baraka, Paul Wright, Brenden "Proclaim" McPeek of Shachah. Benjah also featured two up and coming artists Dillavou and Soye, who he plans to work with in the future to create more Island Soul for your ears.

Jai has has been singing all of her life. At an early age Jai knew that music would somehow be a part of her life. Jai was always the token soloist at elementary plays and musicals, but later Jai took it upon herself to learn how to play instruments so that she could someday become a musician at her Father`s Church. By the age of nine Jai was a key player in the music ministry and by the age of eighteen she became the minister of music. She now serves as a worship leader at her local church. Jai has shared the stage with, Tye Tribett and G.A., Byron Cage, John P. Kee, Deborah Cox, Da Truth, Flame, Trip Lee, Shirley Ceasar, Yolanda Adams, Hezekiah Walker, Rickey Smiley, KiKi Sheard, and JMoss to name a few. Jai was also privileged to sing in the Los Angeles gospel stage play "Who Do You Love?" starring Jeris Lee Poindexter (Everybody Hates Chris) and Erica Campbell (Mary Mary) and directed by award winning actress Iona Morris. While currently working on her solo EP, scheduled to be released January 2009, she has enjoyed singing background vocals for Cross Movement recording artist J.R., Grammy Award winning Donnie McClurkin, Mary Mary and is currently featured on the song "Live Free" from Lecrae`s (Reach Records) chart topping new release "Rebel" , "Rehab" and her brand new single feat Thisl "Incredible"

Cross Movement Records is an American based Christian hip hop record label, founded by and based on the Christian hip hop group,The Cross Movement. CMR was founded in 1997, and inked an agreement with BEC Recordings. In 2005 they made a license agreement with Reach Records' artist Lecrae. Sho Baraka took some time out to chop it with Dulos from Z180 Radio about his new album Lions & Liars, life at Blueprint and his outlook on music and life.

Born in Canada, but raised in California, resided in Texas, and currently living in Atlanta, Sho Baraka was introduced to hip hop at a young age. Living in Southern California during the height of gangsta rap presented its challenges to many youths, as well as Sho. In high school Sho and some friends from his neighborhood formed a rap group that began touring with major recording artists. But his life took a different turn after the rap group fizzled, and close friends were killed and others incarcerated due to the gang life they led. He decided to heed his father's advice and apply to college, pursuing education instead of the streets. There he came into contact with Lecrae and Tedashii and eventually, the 116 Clique and Reach Records were formed.

Trip Lee, the youngest of the Reach Records Camp is on his third album called "Between Two Worlds". A current student of Philadelphia Biblical University and recently married, he takes out time out of his busy schedule to let you in to his personal life as he chops it up with Dulos from Z180 Radio. This is Part 1 of an awesome two part interview.

William Lee Barefield was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. After high school, he moved to inner-city Philadelphia where he attends Epiphany Fellowship (led by Eric Mason) and the Philadelphia Biblical University. He was the third artist to release a debut album with Reach Records. In support of this album and 13 Letters, Barefield and the rest of the 116 Clique toured extensively. While performing, Trip Lee and fellow Christian hip hop artist, Tedashii, were known for integrating their faith into their rap performance. The following year, he was co-nominated for a GMA Dove Award for his contribution to Lecrae's "Jesus Muzik".

In 2008, 20/20, his second album was released to strong sales and received better reviews than those of his previous album. It appeared on the Billboard Top 200 albums chart and the Top Christian Album chart. In the summer of 2008 he went on another tour, Unashamed, with Lecrae, Tedashii, Flame and Sho Baraka.

He released a new album on June 22, 2010, called "Between Two Worlds." He has thus far released the single called "The Invasion (Hero)" ft. Jai.

FLAME is a Christian Hip-Hop recording artist with Clear Sight Music. He has released four albums including: self-titled FLAME, Rewind, Our World Fallen, and Our World Redeemed. His latest album, Our World Redeemed, was nominated for a Grammy Award. FLAME has also been nominated for a Dove and a Stellar Award throughout his music career.

FLAME, aka Marcus Gray, graduated with his Bachelor's degree from BoyceCollege, a school of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has a passion for biblical counseling and applied theology. He enjoys giving counsel to hurting people and providing them with hope in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Result aka Chris Davis' life before Christ was complete chaos. Sure, there were an abundance of happy moments and great memories, but ultimately the bad outweighed the good. His parents took him to church, but if he hadn't have been forced to go he never would have. He had no concept of the severity of sin or the need of a savior.

Raised in an abusive home, he was the victim of a divorce. The love he needed was missing so he ran to where mostly every troubled kid runs to--his peers. Unfortunately his peers were the ones parents have nightmares about. After being arrested for burglary at the age of fourteen, it seemed as if Satan's restraints had been completely removed from his life for the next nine years.

Multiple arrests and a fierce addiction to marijuana, cocaine, alcohol, nicotine, money and sex constructed a burden so heavy on his mind, body and soul he felt obligated to do this world a favor by taking himself out of it. Praise the Lord for those two words in Eph. 2:4; But God...! By His grace and divine providence Result enrolled in a faith-based recovery program called Teen Challenge in November 2007 where God granted him repentance and gave him the faith to behold the matchless beauty of Jesus Christ. He quotes from Pastor John Piper, "The mirror I used to see myself in shattered becoming a window through which I saw Christ on the other side."

He instantly went from the result of Adam: alienation, condemnation, misery and wrath, to the result of Christ: grace, justification, peace and eternal communion (Rom. 5:12-21). Knowing God's counsel never fails (Ps. 33:11) and his purpose is never thwarted (Job 42:2), he knows his past will be used as a tool of hope and kingdom advancement. Now as he perseveres, especially in making music, his aim is to glorify and exhalt Christ to the fullest. As the parable says in Luke 17:10, "I am an unworthy servant who has only done what is my duty."

R-Swift, a native New Yorker, now resides in Philadelphia, is an avid poet and lyricist. Although he began rapping when he was 11 years old and wanted to do things his own way, God inspired him to start his ministry at the age of 17 in 1998. Initially, he only rapped around his friends and in church until the lord saw it fit to move R-Swift's ministry beyond the four walls of the church.

Living most of his life in Philly; surrounded by the influence of sex, money, drugs, popularity, and the constant rush for fame. He began to put his hope in the wrong thins such as selling drugs, sexual immorality, and living a violent lifestyle. While on the road to becoming a product of his environment, he still wanted to do good. Attempting to do so he became a member of the Philadelphia Boys Choir & Men's Choral, was an award recipient of the Concerned Black Men Inc., and a featured performer at the William Ross Scholarship Banquet.

Currently, Swift is actively involved with the Youth Study Center in Philadelphia (a detention center for youth offenders) where he ministers the Gospel.

R-Swift now makes it his duty to show the love of Christ Jesus through his lifestyle, spreading the gospel of reconciliation to all who will hear. From nightclubs to corner cypha's to underground hip-hop spots. Wherever the Lord sends him, he goes with the same message: Christ and him crucified.

R-Swift gives all Glory to God, who is the Author and the Finisher of his faith. He is a faithful member of Antioch Christian Fellowship (of Calvary Chapel) where Aaron Campbell is pastor.

Through lyrical evangelism, teaching and preaching, he is fulfilling the vision that God has given him - to tell the untold and reach the un-reached. To rebuild ancient ruins, to raise up age old foundations, to be a repairer of broken walls, and restorer of the streets; in accordance to Isaiah 58:12.

Travis Tyler is Thi’sl from Saint Louis, Missouri. His name is based on th Bibical concept, that the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God dwells in Christians after conversion. As Thi’sl states about his name: “Our bodies are the temple of God’s Spirit”. Therefore his name means “This House I Shall Live”. “It’s like my personal convenant with God, His Spirit is with me and I go forth in that manner”.

When he lost his cousin and long time friend “Tank” Thi’sl was shocked and asked God why? Taking this route he met Flame on an evangelizing event in his neighborhood. Flame would become his friend and collegue in holyhiphop. Without intentionally looking, Regis discovered part of his purpose through another Christian rapper performing at an out of town youth retreat. Though Regis never rapped prior to salvation, Regis was encouraged by the Holy Spirit to pursue rap ministry as a means to evangelize to sinners & encourage Christians in their walk. As Regis was penning songs, his Pastor, Ronny Lott, took note of his interest & invited Regis to perform in his 1st concert alongside Grapetree Records act, Preachas In Tha Hood.

After a successful performance, Regis (now known as K-Drama) began ministering in outreaches, prisons, schools, churches, festivals & anywhere he had an opportunity to perform. Over time, he made 3 albums before signing his 1st recording contract with Holy Hip Hop Music/EMI Gospel. This spring boarded his career, opening many opportunities for him to spread the love of Jesus Christ through his music across the United States.

His 5th album, BoomBaptism, garnered his most popular song to date, “Air Jordan” which was a phenomenon in the Christian Rap genre. This song was remixed over 70 times including “Kobe Bryant On Em’” by Sho Baraka which ended up being included on Sho’s latest album & featured K-Drama on the 3rd verse.

Now signed, with premier record label, Cross Movement Records, K-Drama’s platform has been graciously extended, charging Christians to workout spiritually through his debut CMR release We Fit: The Workout Plan. Provident-Integrity/Sony Music distributes this album.

K-Drama is a proud husband & father of 2 small children. He volunteers for CeaseFire Cincinnati, an anti-gun violence campaign curbing gun violence through grassroots public education. A greater amount of humility & joy has been demonstrated through him because God has transformed him & solely orchestrated his life. By trusting in the Lord, God has directed K-Drama’s path.
